Our journey of acquisitions and market expansions, from the Nordic realms to the UK and Central Europe, marks our strategic evolution. Significant milestones include our bold entries into the German, Norwegian, Danish, and British markets, and our public debut on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in 2002.
Our growth narrative is marked by strategic divestments and mergers, like the integration of Myresjökök into Marbodal and the divestment of Hygena, aligning us with a vision of clear brand differentiation and streamlined operations. The pivotal decision in 2019 to establish an advanced, sustainable production plant in Jönköping, Sweden, symbolizes our commitment to automation, digitization, and environmental stewardship.
2021 and 2022 were landmark years, signaling a strategic shift towards organic growth and the establishment of a Shared Service Center in Vilnius, Lithuania.
